General Instructions for Bidders

1. Eligibility Criteria
Bidders must be legally registered entities with prior experience in the relevant domain. Proof of similar work, financial stability, and statutory compliance may be required. To be able to participate in the tender bidding process, the registration should be done at the CIS tender website.

2. Submission Format
All bids must be submitted electronically via the designated email ID or e-portal mentioned in the tender document. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

3. Evaluation Process
